Delivery Days: Monday – Sunday (7 days a week, woo!)

Perfect if: You’re delivering to a Melbourne Metro address, you are placing your order before 11am and would like your SugarStack delivered the same day.

Delivery times: If you place your order prior to 1pm we will guarantee your SugarStack will be delivered the same day. If placed after 1pm your SugarStack will be delivered the following day. (Example, if you place your order at 2pm on Tuesday, your gift box would be delivered on Wednesday). We can’t guarantee the exact time of delivery; all SugarStacks are delivered between 9am – 7pm. If your delivery is a business address, we will ensure deliveries are made prior to 5pm.

Things to note:

We are unable to deliver to PO boxes through our same day delivery service. All PO boxes must select our ‘Standard or Express Shipping’ options.

All our deliveries are sent with Authority to Leave, if no one is home to receive the delivery our drivers will attempt to leave the package in a safe place by the front door. If there is no safe place to leave the delivery this will incur a $10 redelivery fee and the SugarStack will be redelivered the following day. (This is why it’s important to make sure your recipient will be home on the day you select your delivery, so they don’t miss out!)

Delivery times: Your SugarStack will be delivered on the day you select on the date picker. We can’t guarantee the exact time of delivery; deliveries are made between 9am – 7pm. If your delivery is a business address, we will ensure deliveries are made prior to 5pm.

Eligible delivery areas: You can view eligible Melbourne Metro delivery suburbs via the postcode search feature at the top of this page.

Things to note:

We are unable to deliver to PO boxes through our specific day delivery service. All PO boxes must select our ‘Standard or Express Shipping’ options.

Specific day delivery is available to select a minimum of two days in advance of when you would like the SugarStack delivered. For more urgent deliveries, please select our “Same Day Delivery” option.

All our deliveries are sent with Authority to Leave, if no one is home to receive the delivery our drivers will attempt to leave the package in a safe place by the front door. If there is no safe place to leave the delivery this will incur a $10 re-delivery fee and the SugarStack will be redelivered the following day, once re-delivery payment has been made.. (This is why it’s important to make sure your recipient will be home on the day you select your delivery so they don’t miss out!)

Delivery days: Monday – Saturday

Perfect if: You don’t need your SugarStack delivered by a specific date.

Shipping times: Average Australia Post delivery times are 3 to 7 business days. Estimated delivery times can be found HERE. Please note these are just a guide and there may be delays during peak periods or periods of disaster/distress. If you need your SugarStack urgently, please use our express shipping service.

Eligible delivery areas: Australia Wide

Things to note:

All our gift boxes are sent with Authority to Leave, if no one is home to receive the SugarStack Australia Post drivers will attempt to leave the package in a safe place by the front door, if there is no safe place to leave the delivery a slip will be left and the delivery will be taken to the nearest Australia Post outlet for collection.

If the wrong shipping address is provided or the delivery is not collected from the Australia Post outlet within 5 business days you will be required to pay a $10 redelivery fee to have the delivery redelivered.

Delays associated with delivery are unfortunately outside of our control. If you are experiencing issues with your tracking, please let us know and we can do our best to assist.

Dispatching to Australia Post occurs Monday to Friday, so all orders placed after 5pm Friday will be dispatched Monday morning.

Shipping times: Average Australia Post express post delivery times is 1 to 3 business days. Estimated delivery times can be found HERE. Please note these are just a guide and there may be delays during peak periods or periods of disaster/distress. Express Post will always take priority over standard shipping services, so is the best option for your SugarStack to be delivered ASAP.

Things to note:

All our deliveries are sent with Authority to Leave, if no one is home to receive the delivery Australia Post drivers will attempt to leave the package in a safe place by the front door, if there is no safe place to leave the delivery a slip will be left, and the SugarStack will be taken to the nearest Australia Post outlet for collection.

If the wrong shipping address is provided or the delivery is not collected from the Australia Post outlet within 5 business days, you will be required to pay a $10 redelivery fee to have the gift box redelivered.
