PRICING & GST (Goods & Services Tax)
All prices on our website are in Australian dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. Our products and services attract a Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10%. All prices are advertised inclusive of GST.

CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
Due to the nature of our business we are unable to make changes or cancellations to an already completed order. If you contact us prior to your SugarStack being made we MAY be able to make product changes on request, but this is not guaranteed.
SHIPPING
We understand the importance of timely and accurate delivery and always endeavour to deliver your SugarStack as close to your preferred delivery date as possible. However, as we use a number of delivery carriers, delays out of our control may result in your SugarStack being delivered later than scheduled. We are unfortunately unable to cancel your order or offer a refund on orders due to late delivery time. SugarStack is not liable for any breakages or damages caused through the delivery process.
In the rare case of not receiving your parcel within the anticipated time frame, please contact us at hello@sugarstack.com.au and we will follow up.

Please note: Orders returned to SugarStack due to incorrect address, failure to collect from Australia Post Outlet, or failure to contact courier after delivery attempt, will incur a re-delivery fee.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Products may be returned only if found to be delivered faulty or damaged. No refund will be made for change of mind or incorrect choice. Faulty orders will be refunded if the correct process (outlined below) is undertaken.
If product is found to be faulty, we must be notified via email (hello@sugarstack.com.au) within 7 days with the invoice number and detail of the faulty product/s.
ORDERING
We reserve the right to accept or reject any order made through our website, for any reason including but not limited to if the products requested are not available, errors with payment processing, there are errors in the price or description of products you are trying to purchase or there is the possibility of fraud.
DIETARY INFORMATION
All of our lolly products are labelled with a list of ingredients and allergy statements. Some of our lollies are manufactured on equipment that also processes peanuts, other nuts, wheat, soy, egg and milk so may contain traces of these allergens in the lollies.
If you have a severe allergy or are considering gifting our products to someone who does, we recommend avoiding our lollies. Whilst we make every effort to provide you the most correct and timely information regarding the ingredients in our lolly products, we cannot make guarantees on any products.
