SHIPPING & DELIVERY

What if I need my SugarStack delivered on a specific day?

Of course!
Simply select our ‘Specific Day Delivery’ option at checkout and select your desired delivery date on the date picker. Deliveries are made 6 days a week for specific day orders.

REST OF AUSTRALIA

Unfortunately, specific day delivery is not offered outside Melbourne Metro.
If you need your SugarStack to be delivered by a specific date, we encourage you to order early or select our ‘Express Shipping’ option to ensure it arrives on time.

Do you ship internationally?

Shipping is only currently available within Australia.  However, we can offer international shipping options, so please email us at hello@sugarstack.com.au for pricing.

I have issues with my order/my order hasn’t arrived when scheduled what do I do?

Oh no! Send me an email at hello@sugarstack.com.au and I will do my best to assist.

How do I track my SugarStack?

Once your order is out for delivery you will receive an email with a tracking link, so you can stalk that delivery all the way to the front door! You will also receive an email notification when the SugarStack has been successfully delivered.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

Yep! This service is only available through our ‘Standard Shipping’ or ‘Express Shipping’ services.

What happens if the gift recipient isn’t home?

All deliveries sent using our ‘Standard Shipping’ or ‘Express Shipping’ service are sent with Authority to Leave. If no one is home to receive the delivery Australia Post drivers will attempt to leave the package in a safe place by the front door. If there is no safe place to leave the delivery, Australia Post will contact the recipient via SMS or email, and the delivery will be taken to the nearest Australia Post outlet for collection.

All deliveries sent using our ‘Specific Day Delivery’ or ‘Same Day Delivery’ service are sent with Authority to Leave. If no one is home to receive the gift our drivers will attempt to leave the package in a safe place by the front door. They will also attempt to call the recipient. If there is no safe place to leave the SugarStack the driver will return the SugarStack to us. We will then email you with instructions to pay a $10 re-delivery fee to cover the cost of re-sending your gift, once paid your gift will be re-delivered the following day. (This is why it’s important to make sure your recipient will be home on the day you select your delivery, so they don’t miss out!)

Can I request a delivery time?

Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery time, all our deliveries are made between 1pm – 7pm. For business addresses, we will ensure delivery is made prior to 5pm.

Is there an option for pick up instead of delivery?

Unfortunately, at this stage pick-up is not available.

What happens if my SugarStack needs to be redelivered?

Our team will contact you via email to arrange your payment for redelivery. Once payment is made your SugarStack is dispatched the following business day.

RETURNS AND DAMAGES

What is your return policy?

Due to the personalised nature of our SugarStacks all sales are final and non-refundable. (But trust us, they’ll LOVE it).
If your SugarStack is faulty or damaged, please email us at hello@sugarstack.com.au within 7 days of receiving your stack, including images and a description of the damage. We will then organise a refund or a replacement for you ASAP.

My recipient received a SugarStack that was damaged or had the wrong lollies, what do I do?

We are SO sorry! Although this rarely happens, there is an odd occasion where our stacks are damaged during shipping or orders may have be mixed up. If this is the case, please contact us at hello@sugarstack.com.au with your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect SugarStack We will provide an immediate refund or replacement for you.

PURCHASING MULTIPLE SUGARSTACKS

Can I order multiple SugarStacks in one transaction?

You sure can!

All you need to do is add all SugarStacks to your cart. Then once in checkout, you will have an option to “ship to multiple addresses”. Here you will be able to enter the individual addresses and delivery type for each of your SugarStacks! This is a custom-built feature on our website, so the process is super easy!

DIETARY INFORMATION AND LOLLY CARE

I am shopping for someone with an allergy, how do I find which lollies would suit?

Each of our lolly pages include ingredients and allergy information. If you or your recipient have a severe allergy, we recommend you avoid our lollies. Our lollies are made by external manufactures, so we can not 100% guarantee the lollies have not come in contact with allergens.

What’s the shelf life of the lollies?

Most of our lollies shelf life is around 3 months. Check the lollies packaging for the best before date. To maximize the shelf life, we recommend properly storing your SugarStack in a cool, dry place around 15-20 degrees, away from direct heat or sunlight.

Will the lollies melt in the post?

We try our best to ensure lollies are kept at a stable temperature in our warehouse, once the SugarStacks leave us, there is a chance that they may be exposed to heat or sunlight and some lollies may melt slightly. This will not affect the taste of the lollies, but if you do receive a SugarStack that is damaged or severally melted, we are happy to provide a refund or replacement. If temperatures are high, we may choose to delay delivery for a few days to allow temperatures to drop prior to dispatching SugarStacks that are going via Australia Post.

How big are the SugarStack sizes?

SugarStack sizes are below:

  • 5 stack: 7cm width x 25cm height
  • 8 stack: 7cm width x 40cm height
  • 12 stack:  7cm width x 60cm height

Can you source custom lollies to suit the theme of my event?

We have a range of over 70 lollies to choose from that are in our custom catalogue, however we are more then happy to source new custom lollies for your event if you had something in mind, or if we don’t quite have the colour range you were wanting.
